1. About Beaded Bliss

Beaded Bliss is an Indian artisanal jewelry e-commerce brand operating from Mumbai, India. We design and handcraft natural gemstone, freshwater pearl, and high-tension stretch elastic cord bracelets crafted in small, thoughtful batches.

2. Handcrafted Product Nature & Variations

Every bracelet sold on Beaded Bliss is individually hand-strung using genuine natural gemstone beads and pearls. Because natural stones possess organic characteristics:

• Minor variations in color tone, natural inclusions, stone grain, and bead dimensions are expected.
• Product photography on our website aims to represent pieces as accurately as possible; however, slight screen display color shifts may occur.
• These natural organic characteristics are celebrated as proof of genuine handmade craft and natural stone authenticity.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on Beaded Bliss are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotional discounts, or delivery fees at any time without prior notification. Orders already placed and confirmed will not be affected by price changes.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

• Order Acceptance: Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment verification is successfully completed via Razorpay.
• Payment Methods: We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, and authorized Wallets).
• Payment Verification: Orders are processed only after HMAC cryptographic signature verification succeeds on our server.

5. Delivery & Shipping Methods

We offer two delivery fulfillment methods selected during checkout:

• Courier Delivery (₹60 Flat Fee): Dispatched to the delivery address provided by the customer using domestic courier partners.
• Personal Handover (FREE): Offered for local customers who have arranged direct handover with our team.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellations are permitted prior to dispatch. Due to hygiene standards for wearable handmade jewelry, returns are accepted exclusively for items delivered in damaged or defective condition, reported within 48 hours of receipt. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content—including brand name, logo, product titles, photography, descriptions, UI graphics, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Beaded Bliss. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Beaded Bliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or product handling. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
