At Beaded Bliss, every bracelet is individually hand-beaded, stringently inspected for stretch cord strength, and carefully packed prior to dispatch. We strive to process and deliver your handcrafted pieces as safely and swiftly as possible across India.
1. Delivery Methods & Shipping Charges
Dispatched via reliable domestic courier partners directly to your residential or office shipping address anywhere across India.
Available for customers who have arranged to receive their handcrafted order directly from our artisan studio team.
2. Handcrafting & Processing Timelines
Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, orders require a processing time before being handed over to courier partners:
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays).
- Order Verification: Processing commences immediately after Razorpay online payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Delays & Logistics Events
While we partner with reputable courier networks to ensure timely dispatch, delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by extreme weather conditions, natural disruptions, national holidays, local strikes, or courier operational bottlenecks are beyond our direct control. In the event of a delay, our support team will actively assist you in tracking and expediting your delivery.
5. Customer Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address details (including street name, house/flat number, landmark, city, state, and 6-digit postal pincode). If a shipment is returned to our studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges of ₹60 will apply.
6. Damaged Outer Packaging Procedure
If your parcel arrives with severe outer package damage or signs of tampering, please capture photographic or video proof before opening the package and notify us within 48 hours of receipt at beadedbliss.label@gmail.com.
